Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Product Delivery: Define, conceptualise and work with cross functional teams to deliver the product features from scratch.

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product strategy for CRM product in alignment with the overall business strategy.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Utilize insights to inform product decisions and drive innovation.

• Innovation & Improvement: Drive continuous product innovation and improvement to maintain a competitive edge and address evolving customer requirements.

• User-Centric Design: Champion a user-centric approach to product development. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to conduct user testing and gather feedback to continuously improve the product experience.

• Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and inform future enhancements. Analyze product performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates.

• Agile Methodologies: Lead product development using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative progress and adaptability to changing requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of product management experience, specifically in CRM or related fields. Proven track record of shipping products and managing the entire product lifecycle.

• Proved record of building products from 0->1 is preferred

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and technologies. Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and product strategy.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to inspire and influence engineers, designers, and other contributors towards a common goal.

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
