A leading manufacturer of metalworking performance accessories for more than 75 years is hiring for a CNC Programmer for their Hauppauge Facility. Candidates with 3 plus years of progamming expereince within aeropsace , military, or pharmaceutical environments are encouraged to . Responsibilities

• Ability to write and develop CNC programs using CAM software.

• Work with materials such as metal, plastic, or wood

• Interpret engineering drawings or blueprints to understand the specifications and dimensions of the part that needs to be machined.

• Ensure that the finished products meet quality standards and adhere to specified tolerances.

• Will conduct inspections and make necessary adjustments to the CNC programs.

• Use of appropriate cutting tools and toolpaths based on the material, part geometry, and required finish.

• Knowledge of various cutting tools, their speeds and feeds, and machining parameters.
