As a Home Health Aid, you will play a vital role in improving the live of our clients by providing compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living within the comforts of their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Supporting clients with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
Providing medications reminders as prescribed by health care professionals.
Performing light house keeping duties and meal preparation.
Offering companionship and emotional support to clients.
Monitoring and reporting changes in clients condition to the appropriate health care professionals.
Clean criminal back ground check within the last year is a requirement for all applicants.
