TEKsystems Contact Center Representative in Hayward, California

Job Description:

  • Answers and processes telephone calls and interacts with customers, both, professionally and courteously.

  • Deciphers information for data input into computer software applications.

  • Contacts appropriate individuals and relays pertinent information and/or instructions

  • Maintains department records and files.

  • Problem-solves and ensures the delivery of customer satisfaction at all times.

  • Discusses concerns and/or tasks with the Supply Chain leadership and co-workers.

  • Keeps abreast of changes in policies and procedures. Uses Lawson and other reports to extract and analyze inventory data to help with efficient and effective inventory management and root cause analysis.

  • Reviews demand patterns and inventory, turns in asset inventories based on walk-up, spot check, and inventory transactions.

  • Compiles reports to assist Inventory Control Coordinators to establish optimum Periodic Automated Replenishment (PAR) levels for asset and expense supply locations.

  • Develops reports concerning asset locations utilization and metrics to report on daily, weekly, & monthly.

  • Monitors all inventory issues and ensures effective resolution. Identifies products impacted by disruptions.

  • Works with vendors and distributors as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have substantial knowledge of hospital peri-operative inventory control.

  • Strong knowledge and experience in understanding needs and verbiage of clinical and non-clinical staff

  • Knowledge of inventory control/management practices, techniques, and systems.

  • Ability to work efficiently, effectively, under the pressure of tight deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail, accuracy, and quality

  • Ability to promote a positive work environment by practicing good communication, diversity awareness and teamwork

  • Ability to maintain all work and break areas in a neat, clean, and organized condition
