Job Description:

Fluor GmbH is the German subsidiary of Fluor Corporation (USA) with office locations in Mannheim, Berlin and Ratingen. As an engineering services company with around 100 employees, we offer our clients solutions in industrial plants and infrastructure facilities in the areas of Energy Solutions and Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences with a focus on Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM).

For our project site in Heide, Schleswig-Holstein, we are currently looking for a full-time Site HR Generalist to support our project team for the next two years as of now.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role consist of:

• You support Talent Acquisition activities for the project, being the link between Project Director, Construction Site Director, and internal & external Recruiters.

• In your role as Field HR Manager, you will provide HR support and advice to the site employees and management team.

• You are the focal point and sparring partner for managers and employees in all human resources related topics and labor law related matters.

• You proactively identify and analyze HR needs, develop solutions together with the local HR team in Mannheim & business line operations HR lead and independently manage their implementation.

• In coordination with HSE you are responsible for the employee’s Wellbeing program
