State of Montana Database Analyst in Helena, Montana

We are recruiting for a Database Analyst to join our amazing team. The Database Analyst is responsible for developing, maintaining, managing, and directing ongoing development of program databases and application management. The primary duties of the Database Analyst include data management; database analysis, support, development, management, modification, implementation, operation, and maintenance; application management of program systems; Quality Assurance/ Quality Control (QA/QC); and training. This position will collaborate with program technical staff and assist with database integration into program business processes. The Database Analyst acts as the program's liaison for issues concerning program applications and databases and must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the program laws, rules, and procedures. Minimum requirements include: • Associate’s degree in computer science, Database/Data Management, Computer Programming, or another closely related field of study. • Three years of job-related work experience.
