We are recruiting a Business Operation Manager to be based in Finland.

The Business Operation Manager will support the marketing team on various marketing related activites as well as lead the Order Entry team.

S(he) has the overall responsibility for order handling and Logistic related tasks within Finland.

This position reports to Manager Commercial Finland.

Main Responsibilities:

• Delivering marketing activities targeted to consumers and Healthcare professionals in Finland with high level of quality, time, cost and accuracy

• Ensuring that marketing materials are compliant and ready for market implementation

• Driving value proposition creation in alignment with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience and Market Access

• Developing strong customer relationships with both KOL’s/ HCPs and internal partners

• Campaign development and campaign effectiveness monitoring with market research as necessary, to understand the return on investment of key initiatives

• Main contact person for wholesaler/distributor, manufacturing site and partially the direct shipment to customers

• Assisting the commercial team with all logistics related tasks and inquiries

• Ensuring and maintaining an appropriate service level within the department on order processing and logistic services, including work tasks related to order entry, standing orders, logistics, backorder and invoicing

• Parf of the local forecast process for Finland

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics/Marketing/Management or similar field

• +5 years’of experience working in different Marketing and/or Sales roles.

• Knowledge of the diabetes market is an asset

• Digiral marketing experience is a great advantage.

• Proven track record of successfully building and executing marketing/sales plans.

• Ability to effectively plan and execute with a clear direction and pace

• Strong executional drive, project management skills and stakeholder management

• Good communication, administrative and organizational skills

• High level of self-awareness and ability to work cross culturally.

• Fluent English, oral and written + fluent in Finnish, and preferably in Swedish
