JK Findings is a well-established and innovative manufacturer and wholesaler of precious metal findings for the jewelry industry. We are currently seeking a candidate with strong leadership skills to oversee our Order Processing department.
This is a key leadership role and one that contributes greatly to the success of JK Findings and our customers.
This position is primarily responsible for:
Employee training, coaching, development, engagement and performance.
Timely and accurate picking, invoicing and shipping of orders.
Resolving issues with orders as they come up.
Effectively communicating with management, customer service, accounting and others as needed.
The ideal candidate must have:
Proven leadership skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Good Math skills
Strong computer skills
Excellent organizational and planning skills

Position is full time with base hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
We offer a competitive pay range for this position of $45 - $60k annually. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, education and other factors permitted by law.
