Responsibilities
Summary:
The Engineering Technician engages in a range of support functions to increase sales, enhance the market positioning, and ensures the proper applications of ADS products. They provide technical support directly to the Engineered Product Manager(EPM) and other outside sales personnel located throughout the world. In addition to providing customer service directly to ADS customers, they will assist consulting engineers, contractors and others that influence markets for ADS products.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

Preparation of StormTech chambers and ADS pipe system drawings and details.

Engineering service request tracking.
·
Sanitary sewer preliminary review.
·
Integration of ADS and Allied products including water quality devices into system designs.
·
Detailing and drawing special fitting requests from the ADS sales team.
·
Prepare material estimates, as needed, for the sales team.
· Technical correspondence
