Business Systems Analyst ROCGJP00026549 A leading biotechnology company is seeking a Business Systems Analyst. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, participating in day in the life (dress rehearsal) simulations, and conducting assessments of role mapping and user access in SAP. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of SAP experience. Business Systems Analyst Pay and Benefits: • Hourly pay: $60-$70/hr • Worksite: Leading biotechnology company (Hillsboro, OR 97124) • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL • 40 hours/week, 10 Month Assignment Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities: • Participate in relevant solution tests (User Acceptance Testing (UAT) / Deployment End to End Testing (DET) for local interfaces and reports), prepare and execute Day in a life simulation (Dress Rehearsal) • Act as local change agents for a project to deploy SAP S4HANA and eWM to the local site. • Involve the respective SOP owner to update local SOPs where required. • Support role mapping and analysis of user access needs in SAP and partner system. • Use the results of the dress rehearsal simulation to finalize training documentation. • Attend Train the Trainer (TTT), coordinate and deliver local end-user training with Business and IT SMEs, and localize training materials. • Support local deployment project phases, especially transition and go-live, and plan and track local close-down and ramp-up. Business Systems Analyst Qualifications: • 1-2+ years of experience with SAP S4HANA and eWM. • 10+ years of SAP experience. • B.A. or B.S. degree (preferably in Life Science). • Experience in performing formal user acceptance testing (UAT). • Master Data experience is a plus. • Experience delivering end-user training. • Technical writing skills (SOP, work instructions, etc.). • Good customer service skills that emphasize the ability to interact with people of different backgrounds and skill levels. • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written form. • Can be flexible in problem-solving, providing direction and work hours to meet business objectives.
