Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to work with one of our clients based in Hillsboro, Oregon. This role focuses on providing data entry support for a vendor undergoing a process change and will involve entering customer information such as customer names, addresses, and order specifications into their database.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately entering data related to customer contracts

• Ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of data entry processes

• Regularly updating and maintaining detailed customer records

• Liaising with other teams to resolve any discrepancies in customer data

• Maintaining a typing speed of 45 words per minute to ensure efficiency

• Ensuring data integrity by reviewing and correcting data as needed

• Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner

• Adapting to new data entry tools and software as required by the company.

Requirements

• Typing speed between 45 and 60 words per minute.

• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Previous experience in the construction or contractor industry would be advantageous.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
