Robert Half Payroll Administrator in Hillsboro, Oregon

Description

We are in search of a Payroll Administrator to join our team in Hillsboro, Oregon. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for processing various payrolls, and additional ad-hoc projects. You will also be tasked with auditing for collective bargaining agreements and multitasking in a fast-paced work environment. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Processing multiple payrolls effectively and efficiently.

• Assisting with payroll related tasks.

• Performing audits for collective bargaining agreements.

• Multitasking across various duties and responsibilities.

• Utilizing Microsoft Excel for various payroll and benefit functions.

• Preparing Union Reports related to payroll.

• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

• Maintaining compliance with all company and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Benefit Functions

• Proven experience in Payroll

• Ability to prepare Union Reports

• Excellent attention to detail

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• High level of integrity and dependability

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to payroll
