RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential Functions:
As a Business Manager at Acosta, you will be responsible for providing our clients and customers with the tools they need to achieve their goals. This includes merchandising, assortment, pricing, and shelf positioning to maximize market share. We are seeking self-motivated professionals who can:
Coordinate clients' market visits and key account calls.
Communicate clients' priorities to our Retail Sales Organization to deliver in-store presence and achieve business objectives.
Manage and participate in the development, design, and presentation of Acosta's introduction to new clients.
Provide feedback on the effectiveness of our clients' strategies, selling programs, and initiatives.
Maintain current account distribution information.
Provide feedback on how to build organizational capacity and improve our business.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven track record in sales, preferably with a food broker or national CPG company.
Experience in CPG product selling and headquarter sales.
Publix headquarter experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, presentation, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and marketing information to make effective sales presentations.
Proficiency in a variety of software packages used to support the sales function.
Hybrid office position with majority of time in office.
