Job description: Bullitt Host LLC dba Holiday Inn Express LLC is seeking to fill Housekeeper positions in Bullitt County. This is a full-time seasonal position and we are looking to fill employment from April 1, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Duties:Use accepted business practices by achieving standards as provided by the supervisors, the owners and guests. Prepare guestrooms and public areas for use by guests. Provide assistance and courtesy as needed to the guest and staff requests, reinforcing the policy of clean, friendly, comfortable accommodations. Observe strictly the lodges Key control procedures. Provide cleaning and maintenance for interior and exterior of the establishment. Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies and bathroom items. Clean rugs, carpets upholstered furniture and draperies, suing vacuum cleaners and shampooers. Observe precautions required to protect hotel and guest property and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors. Maintain accountability for paperwork performed during assigned shifts. Complete paperwork legibly, thoroughly and accurately. Move and arrange furniture and turn mattresses. Replace light bulbs. Request repair services and wait for repair workers to arrive Tools, equipment & supplies: The employer will provide workers with on-the-job training to perform the duties assigned. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, & equipment required to perform the job. Miscellaneous: The employer will reimburse an H-2B worker for all visa, visa processing, border crossing and other related fees during the first work week, including those mandated by the H-2B worker. Hours and Pay: Monday - Sunday 8 hourly work schedule, Hours and days can vary. shifts: 1st shift: 8:00am-5:00pm; 2nd shift: 4:00pm -12:00am; 3rd shift: 12:00am - 8:00am. Basic hourly wage range of $13.67 to $14.00 per hour. Overtime (over 40 hours per week) will be compensated at $20.51 to $21.00 per hour. The employer will pay employees bi-weekly and make all payroll deductions as required by law and will not make any deductions not required by law.
