About Nike Direct Digital Commerce

The role of Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) is to drive the most compelling digital consumer experiences – motivated by insights and data – to deliver Nike’s vision to consumers and to accelerate profitable, consumer-led growth across Nike Digital platforms (Nike App, Nike.com, SNKRS). NDDC operates as a business unit in close connection with Nike Stores and Nike Marketplace Partners, to jointly serve Consumers across the integrated Nike Sport Marketplace.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Consumer Experience Specialist to join our Digital Experience team within NDDC. In this role, you will focus on putting the consumer at the center of everything we do and help create strong connections between Nike and athletes*. You will assist in defining and implementing strategies that drive commercial growth and enhance the consumer journey on Nike.com and the Nike App. Your goal will be to optimize digital user experiences and increase conversion rates, making it easier for consumers to browse, decide, and purchase, while driving revenue and profitability.

The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and can manage complexity and change in a fast-paced environment. You should also enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

Your tasks may include:

  • Auditing the consumer experience on Nike’s digital platforms, analyzing key data (e.g., click-path, traffic, conversion rates), identifying user experience (UX) opportunities, and implementing changes to improve conversion. This includes: site merchandising, navigation, onsite Search, linking strategy, product walls and Product Detail Pages

  • Interpreting data from multiple sources (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau) to identify trends and actionable insights, ensuring those insights are translated into tangible business decisions.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, product, etc.) to implement digital initiatives, such as major seasonal events (e.g., Air Max Day, European Football Championship 2025).

  • Supporting digital campaign planning by helping manage pre-season and seasonal briefing processes, while balancing conflicting priorities and ensuring smooth execution.

  • Presenting insights, updating playbooks, and sharing best practices across teams to ensure continuous improvement in digital experiences.

  • Assisting with testing and experimentation, proposing new ideas, and helping to evaluate and execute testing efforts on digital platforms.

  • Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless, data-driven execution of digital campaigns and ongoing platform improvements.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be part of the NDDC Experience team, collaborating with Consumer Fields of Play, NDDC Commerce, Digital Direct Marketing, Integrated Media, Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing. You will also engage with Legal and Finance teams as needed.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Proven expertise in e-commerce: You have a solid understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including how to optimize online shopping experiences and improve conversion.

  • Strong analytical skills: You can analyze consumer behavior, website traffic, and other performance metrics, drawing actionable insights from dashboards and reports (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Tableau).

  • Cross-functional collaboration: You have experience working across diverse teams and can effectively communicate data insights and business actions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Data-driven decision-making: You are comfortable interpreting complex data and using it to inform decisions that enhance user experiences and drive growth.

  • Communication skills: You can clearly present your findings, create persuasive presentations, and explain complex ideas in a simple way.

  • Project management: You have the ability to plan and manage multiple priorities, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution for seasonal stories and campaigns. You excel at organizing deliverables in a deadline-driven environment and balancing competing tasks to ensure everything is in place for a successful launch.

BONUS SKILLS

Experience working on digital platforms (e.g., apps or websites for brands) or in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior on digital platforms, especially within retail.
