Job Summary: As an HSE Auditor at Bureau Veritas Vietnam, you will be responsible for conducting audits to assess the adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations and standards. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with both local and international standards, promoting a safe and sustainable working environment. Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit Execution: Perform HSE audits on clients' facilities to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.

  • Compliance Assessment: Evaluate existing HSE management systems and practices to identify areas of improvement and ensure alignment with best practices.

  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their HSE needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of audits, findings, and corrective actions taken.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with changes in HSE regulations and standards to ensure audits reflect the latest requirements.

  • Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to clients and internal teams on HSE practices and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE auditing or a related role, preferably within a multinational organization.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 Lead Auditor is a plus)

  • Skills: Strong understanding of HSE regulations and standards, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  • Language: Proficiency in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken) is required.
