Main responsibilities:

Leadership communications counsel

  • Work as an integral member of CHC Vietnam Leadership Team and partner to the Country Head to support the local business’ growth strategy.

  • Provide strategic counsel on corporate and brand reputational risk and other implications of business policies, practices, actions, as well as strategic internal communications.

  • Develop and deliver a holistic communications strategy and plan for CHC Vietnam incorporating internal communications and brand, corporate public relations.

Internal communications

  • Develop the yearly internal communications plan and rhythm for CHC business in Vietnam.

  • Deliver all internal communications assets to support delivery of the plan including Yammer, presentations for Town Halls and other content as required.

  • Deliver regular employee events including Town Halls and major celebrations.

  • Support leadership team in navigating organisational or structural change by developing appropriate communications plans and supporting content.

  • Work with global CHC Communications colleagues to ensure CHC Vietnam is well represented in global channels.

Brand and corporate public relations

  • Work closely with CHC brand teams and support agencies to oversee the successful delivery of brand public relations programs.

  • Respond to brand and corporate media queries.

  • Work as an active member of industry communications committees or policy shaping organisations, as appropriate.

  • Coaching the business to build capabilities in brand and corporate public relations.

Communications Priorities for CHC Carve-Out:

  • Develop corporate narratives for CHC in Vietnam to engage both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate the announcement of company carve-out and significant milestones for CHC through press releases or press events with relevant media outlets.

  • Establish and manage the presence of legal entity for CHC on relevant social media platforms, engaging with audiences to build relationships and brand loyalty.

  • Oversee the management of CHC's website (if applicable) to ensure it reflects the brand and communicates effectively with stakeholders.

  • Create and publish high-quality content, including posts, articles, videos, and infographics, to position the new company as a leader in the OTC industry.
