JOB PURPOSE :

  • End to End ( E2E ) supply planning: Demand management, MPS, MRP, Inventory & SLOB management at targeted zero out of stock (plant cause) & Internal service level.

  • Key communication with MSC (Market Supply Chain) & Customers for net demand, actual sales-out versus forecast, volatility in short/long range, risks anticipation and coordinate with other stakeholders for optimal resolution.

  • Consolidating Master Production Scheduling (MPS) in short term (6 months) & Long term (18 months), visibility of optimal workshop capacity utilization & resources which adapt to market requirement.

  • Manages Delivery Requirement Planning (DRP) on demand management tools, Master Production Scheduling (MPS) & Material requirement planning (MRP) on SAP.

  • Master data management.

  • Proactive in coordinating with other stakeholders (internal/ external) on supply’s problems solving.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

Master Production and Planning scheduling.

  • Monthly meeting with MSC to review DRP & sales-out forecast, new launching products & Artwork changes, Promotion campaign, Regulatory topics which potential impact to supply, Pruning project.

  • Visualize the MPS for machine capacity & resources analysis (Risk & Opportunities management) & finetune MPS communication with other functions.

  • Manage Monthly MPS/MRP running in SAP system & exceptional messages.

  • Lead Planning weekly meeting with Quality - Production – Plant SC weekly to review all Planning situation & actions (OOS/ Distress).

  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot and push the process to catch committed deliveries & recover market stock level.

Material planning

  • Manage monthly MRP activity, release Purchase orders, periodic rolling forecast update to external vendors (the horizon of forecast will depend on market supply lead time + minimum 6 – 12 months forecast) and Internal Sanofi’s APIs supply network via Kinaxis system (with 24 months rolling forecast).

  • Manage material delivery schedule base on vendor confirmations, follow up BOL and progress of customs clearance, tax duty till receiving material to ensure material replenishment as expected plan follow inventory policies.

  • Manage the import permit for imported components (API, excipients, packaging) which comply with Pharma law, Customs regulatory to avoid short notice situation.

  • Manage SKU portfolios, slow moving & obsolescent inventory (SLOB) and make monthly provision report for responsible components.

  • Responsible in SAP MPS/MRP parameters base on assigned MRP controller and ensure consistency between material master & all relevant module (PIR/ Production version/ Quota management).

  • Coordinating with Global buyer network and vendors to ensure procurement process runs smoothly without risk to supply interruption (purchasing price changes, supply interruptions, or other constraints).

General tasks of Plant SC

  • Responsible in KPIs report: Inventory, MPS adherence compared with budget volume (Budget, F1, F2), OTIF, service level (OOS).

  • Data for cashflow planning: 3 months rolling updates of Purchase order’s deliveries, purchase requisition to Treasury dept & also calculating purchased requisitions of yearly budget volume.

  • Master data management: SAP data/ Kinaxis data/ Unity data management & related problem solving

QUALIFICATION :

Education

University Degree related to Economic fields (Finance; Business Administration, Foreign trade, Industrial Management, Supply chain Management).

Related experience

  • Experience in procurement and master production schedule

  • Proficient in the use of computer applications and Supply chain tools (SAP, Kinaxis, MS Dynamic, other ERP systems).

  • FMCG, Pharma or Food industries experience.

  • GMP basic knowledge experience (referable).
