Rainbow Restoration of Long Island Sales and Marketing Representative in Holbrook, New York

Rainbow Restoration of Long Island is searching for high-achieving individuals who want to work with the best of the best!

As an outside Sales Representative you will focus on restoration and structure sales. You will lead new client development, networking and door knocking. Customers will include homeowners, insurance agents, townhouse associations and business managers. You will work with your customer's insurance company through the approval process. Once the claim is approved, you will coordinate project design and materials with your customer, ensuring every part of the process is completed accurately and in a timely manner. By working with insurance agents, providing a multitude of materials for home-owners to choose from, and expert installers to complete their restorations, this allows us to provide customers with the satisfaction expected.

Duties:

  • Meet with community homeowners and property managers who have been affected by storm damage, make them aware of the situation and assist them with getting the proper repairs through your knowledge and training in the insurance process.
  • Focus on insurance restoration.
  • Maintain customer relations management, lead tracking software and update client information daily.

What Qualifications Do I need?

Experience in outside sales, insurance claims and door to door canvassing can be extremely beneficial, but it is not required. If you are willing to learn, take-action, and are self-motivated, we provide the training and support for you to have career in sales and insurance restoration.

Experience and skills required.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years (Preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills- written and verbal.
  • High achieving, self-motivating and aptitude to learn quickly.
  • Self-motivated and work with a high degree of ownership.
  • Organized and task motivated.
  • Strong social/people skills emphasizing on customer service.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Bring a positive attitude, self-motivation and ab eagerness to learn.
  • Valid NYS Driver's license.
  • Ability to learn and efficiently operate CRM and MS office software.

Salary & Benefits:

Hours:

8 hour day. Monday-Friday. Some weekend work as required.

Base: $40,000-$50,000 a year plus commission
