This Position is for a Customer Service Representative with a work location in Holly Springs, MS.

Job Description

Responsible for administering customer service accounts of medium complexity, along with some high complexity mix to achieve division business objectives and to meet customer performance expectations. There is extensive internal and external customer communication in this role. Responsible for the direction and oversight of assigned customer accounts.

Essential Functions:

The Customer Service Representative will work independently to provide premier customer service to assigned, established customers. They will assist their customers in all areas of order entry, changes, problem resolution for customer satisfaction.

Interface with Production Control department daily.

Interface with Planning on a weekly to support customer demand and meet their requirements.

Interface with Shipping daily for hot shipments and expedites.

Interface with other departments to process customer requests -- credits/accounting -- quality issues/QA Department

Division support across all departments.

Respond to phone calls, emails, and faxes regarding order status, price/availability, etc. in a timely manner.

Interface with customer internet portals.

Other duties as assigned or required.

Qualification Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED required.

Two years customer service or inside account representative experience with similar essential job functions preferred.

Experience with main frame driven computer systems, i.e., MSS, On Demand, Salesforce, and Email

Work-related experience in MS Word and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP function) required.

Impeccable phone manners and superior language skills including English fluency and its proper pronunciation to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Comfortable with meeting customers face-to-face during their visits to EMOE facilities and communicating with them in a considerate, diplomatic manner.

Excellent writing skills, conforming to all rules of punctuation, grammar, and style for communications.

Accuracy and attention to details in ALL areas of essential job functions.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, flexibility, ability to focus and perform multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment.
