Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Hollywood, South Carolina, United States. The role includes essential duties such as processing customer applications, maintaining accurate records, and resolving inquiries. The job function lies within the industry and requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer credit applications in an accurate and timely manner

• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Use QuickBooks for managing and reconciling multiple bank accounts

• Perform data entry tasks and process invoices accurately

• Utilize Microsoft Excel to organize data and perform account reconciliations

• Conduct regular check runs and invoice processing

• Ensure accurate coding of invoices

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in all tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) operations

• Demonstrated skill in Account Reconciliation

• Experience with Check Runs

• Ability to undertake Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry tasks

• Expertise in Invoice Processing

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proven ability to meet deadlines

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Relevant educational qualifications or work experience in finance or accounting is a plus

• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality of financial information.
