Maritime Helicopters Aviation Maintenance Admin - Homer, AK in Homer, Alaska

The Aviation Maintenance Admin will provide support to the Accounting Manager and Inventory/Records Administrator/Contracts Administrator with travel booking.

Essential Functions

  1. Maintain organized purchase records
  2. Receive and stock ordered parts
  3. Prepare shipments
  4. Update inventory management software
  5. Conduct periodic audits of inventory
  6. Accurately enter maintenance records in aviation maintenance management software
  7. Assist maintenance team with clerical tasks
  8. Book travel for employees and others upon request
  9. Answer phones
  10. Assist with general accounting functions as needed for back-up support
  11. Provide customer service requests as needed
  12. Assist in any general office duties as needed
