The Honesdale National Bank Commercial Loan Administrator in Honesdale, Pennsylvania
Responsible for performing administrative duties to include preparing correspondence, minutes, reports, filing, scanning, assisting customers by phone, etc., handling confidential matters and relieving management of routine administrative duties, providing clerical support for various bank personnel. Responsible for maintaining the institution's Notary program.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Administrative experience preferred. Notary experience necessary.
*Skills: * Must possess proficient typing skills; good interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills; strong organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office suite; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; must be detail oriented and be able to keep confidential matters private.
The successful candidate must be able to work 40 hours per week.
