Abbott Brand Manager in Hong Kong, China
You are going to work in an exciting, fast-growing adult nutrition category in Abbott Nutrition Hong Kong. This role is the driver of a specific assigned portfolio of brands, responsible for planning and executing end-to-end marketing programs for Hong Kong to drive business growth, brand value and market share. Core job responsibilities include the followings:
Responsibilities:
Be the champion to develop brand, portfolio, and communication strategies for a wide range of fast-growing, and market leading brands in disease-specific portfolio.
Drive brand strategy, and full-consumer-funnel marketing planning and execution in collaboration with Digital, CRM and Ethical teams.
Assist Marketing Manager to manage existing and future portfolio including NPD development. Identify gaps vs consumer needs and competition, create business cases, sales forecasts and prepare for launch accordingly.
Discover and leverage insights from research to help support business decision-making.
Work with ethical marketing, R&D and medical/regulatory affairs teams to identify winning product claims based on research and scientific studies.
Work with ethical marketing team closely to identify any white space in the ethical channel.
Independently lead agencies and vendors to ensure execution excellence of all marketing initiatives.
Active monitoring of sales performances, competitive moves, category trends with regular reporting for management review.
Close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams (Digital, CRM, Ethical, Sales, Regulatory, etc.) at both local and global levels to deliver synergized communications.
Monitor and manage A&P budgets to improve spend efficiency.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or any related discipline
At least 4 years of experiences in marketing and brand management, preferably in the FMCG or consumer health sectors. Candidates of less experience will be considered as Associate Brand Manager.
Candidates with pharmaceutical experience will be of advantageous.
A good team player. Proactive, energetic, and analytical with good business acumen.
Self-starter with leadership potential, ready to create and build like an entrepreneur. Embrace the spirit to challenge status quo.
Excellent project and time management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin a definite advantage.
