Description:
We are inviting passionate, energetic and devoted talents to join our dynamic food & beverage team.
What you will do:
Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards
Responsible for full spectrum of duties, assisting guests with restaurant bookings and handling guests’ enquiries in a professional and efficient way
Achieve high level of guest satisfaction by establishing good rapport with Club at the Hyatt members, anticipating guests’ needs and providing prompt response to guests
Qualifications:
What you should have:
Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries
Good communication skills and language skills
A great team player who is customer-oriented, attentive and hospitable
