Description and Requirements

Job description

  • 80% focus on overall on the ground HR professional services for Hong Kong market, 20% focus on regional project management

On the Ground HR Professional Services includes

  • Work with regional TA team to manage on-boarding/off-boarding, be the main local focal provides professional HR services to employees and managers includes on-boarding documents, social benefit, off-boarding exit interview, involuntary separation support and etc.

  • Work with regional payroll team ensure salary, commission data accuracy

  • In charge of benefit category, to work with regional Compensation & Benefit team to review and enhance benefits items includes but not limited in health check, social insurance, group insurance, Employee Assistant Program and others.

  • HR Vendor management includes contract services agreement, service performance, payment, and data management.

  • HR relative payment and gov. letter handling

  • HK office HR Communication management

  • Training and Development support, to select and identify external vendor, venue when receiving clear training plan be the main focal to manage overall training delivering.

  • Working Visa management.

HR Project Management

  • In charge of employee engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility project management includes budget management, event planning and implementation, logistic management, reporting and project performance tracking.

  • Contractor/outsourcing project leader, in charge of contract life cycle, to work with business leaders, HR and agency ensure consistent outsourcing manpower management across all business unit.

  • Employee reward and recognition program includes program designed budget management, nomination, selection, communication, and recognition and program reviewing.

Regional HR Project

  • Plan and design in Greater Asia Pacific regional project details per regional/global guideline

  • Promote and communicate to increase leaders, employees, and internal/external stakeholders commitment level

  • Manage program performance, reporting and data analysis as a regular basic.

  • Act as local focal to participate in regular meeting and present when necessary.

Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years HR working experiences in Employee Relationship, recruitment/training experiences, HR generalist role is a plus.

  • Great communication skills, able to influence stakeholders when necessary.

  • Enjoy fast moving working environments

  • Able to think out of boxes with new ideas and able to implement with good follow-up skills

  • Great understanding of HK labor law, knowledge in TW labor law is definitely an advantage

  • Out-going and out-spoken, able to build up rapport easily with different level of employees.

  • Detail oriented, sensitive of data, numbers and report.

  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
