The Team/ The Business: Our client is an Asset Management Company. This is a great opportunity to join CBRE platform to partner with our unique client. The Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s relationship, identify new business opportunities, and partnering with wider CBRE platform for services offering from CBRE.
What you will be working on:
To be the dedicated point of contact for the Client’s real estate requirements;
Assist Client and partnering with the local field experts in creating personalized real estate investment strategies aligned with Clients’ financial goals;
Act as a trusted advisor, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the real estate investment journey;
Proactively provide CBRE’s research reports and real estate market insights to the Client and their designated Third Party Clients;
Provide relevant real estate market intelligence and the CBRE’s research findings where available to support seminars hosted by the Client;
Be responsible for the supervision and management of third-party brokers, CBRE brokers and Subagents providing Brokerage Services,

Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Degree or equivalent;,
3 years’ experience in the banking or real estate industry;
EAA Licence preferred
