Purpose of Role: Support to the Head of Property & Asset Management at major international banking and finance organisation (with some owned premises as part of occupied portfolio) ensuring coordination of activity and consolidation of reporting across PAM sites globally.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE / RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE:
Responsible for the setting up and operating rhythm of a client Property and Asset Management Forum
Creation, delivery and supervision of management plans with regards to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies across PAM sites for consolidated reporting purposes
Assist on management of financial strategies and asset plans. To ensure updates across operating budgets for key owned assets throughout the CLIENT portfolio for items such as:
Monitor, review and recommend improvement opportunities to building P&Ls through liaison of PAM service providers, FM provider and Capital Planning partners. Operating costs (incl. utilities, service contracts, maintenance programmes, regular and irregular costs etc)
Tracking validation report on variations against plan vs budget vs actual
Provide updates and reporting on lifecycle plans and provisional budget costs over 1-5 year windows (leveraging on FM processes) for annual CAPEX and Asset Plans
Review and control on ESG reporting and to proactively propose or support ESG initiatives to align with stated objectives.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in real estate, business or related field
