Responsible for managing the achievement of sales objectives of respective product by leading and motivating a team of sales force.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to promote and manage the sales achievement

• Work collaboratively with Immediate Supervisor to lead, coach and develop respective team members (and people leaders for Group CD Lead)

• Perform the needs analysis, development, negotiation, sale, delivery and post-sale services to a group of clients.

• Works independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities. Manages and trains sales representatives.

• Builds relationships with customers and maintains constant contact.

• Provides input into the development of annual budget and sales forecast

• Comply with Integrity and compliance standards

Qualifications

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Science background is preferred but not a must

• Minimum 1 year solid and reputable experience in leading a small team in the healthcare industry

• Demonstrate effective communication skills

• Knowledge in people management
