Responsible for insight mining through customer engagement to understand the unmet needs of customers and their patients so that to bring the required knowledge of innovative medicine to the healthcare professionals with the aim to bring the most advanced and best-fit treatment solution to patients.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Works with BU, sales leads and brand managers to establish customer insight mining plans to generate actionable insight for strategic and tactical planning.

• Partner with sales team on assigned territory to implement planned insight mining activities and provide regular update on activities progress and learning to direct manager.

• Leads project execution in assigned territory and works closely with direct manager in sales and indirect manager in marketing for project execution and makes necessary changes required to achieve objectives.

• Ensures sales and brand activities are in compliance with all federal/national, state, local and company regulations, policies and procedures.

• Analyze available data in sales, SFE, market and customer feedbacks to identify key customer insight for increased business understanding and opportunity identification

Qualifications

Essential knowledge and skills:

• Science background graduate is preferrable

• Bachelor Degree or above fresh graduate

• With working experience will be an advantage

• Strong mindset in learning and self-lead improvement

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
