Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking a compassionate, experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a CNAs Lead Caregiver. As a CNAs Lead Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our senior clients and supervising a team of caregivers. This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. The job is located in Honolulu, Hawaii and falls under the Healthcare / Medical field in the franchise industry. Compensation & Benefits: - Salary range of $18 to $25 per hour - Paid weekly - Full-time employment with benefits package - Opportunity for growth and advancement within the company   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide direct care to senior clients, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping - Supervise and mentor a team of caregivers, ensuring high-quality care is provided to all clients - Develop and maintain care plans for all clients, in collaboration with our team of healthcare professionals - Communicate with families and healthcare providers to provide updates on client's care and progress - Schedule and coordinate caregiver shifts and ensure all shifts are filled to meet client's needs - Conduct regular quality control checks and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date - Assist with training and onboarding of new caregivers - Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as state and federal regulations for the healthcare industry Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening - Current CPR and First Aid certification   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes individuals of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives to apply.
