We are in the search for a meticulous Data Entry Clerk to be part of our team in the Healthcare, Hospitals, and Social Assistance industry in HONOLULU, Hawaii. This role involves processing and organizing data, setting up client files, and maintaining accurate records. The employment type for this position is temporary. Responsibilities:

• Accurately inputting information in the system.

• Setting up client files and maintaining accurate records.

• Efficiently managing a significant amount of work on the computer.

• Utilizing proprietary software for data entry and other tasks.

• Organizing files and ensuring all documents are properly scanned and stored.

• Managing email correspondence professionally and promptly.

• Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data organization and processing.

• Ensuring dress code compliance in the workplace.

• Responsible for own parking arrangements.

Requirements • Possession of 10 Key Skills is necessary to perform daily tasks efficiently.

• Proficiency in Data Entry is required to accurately input and manage data.

• Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally is essential for communication with internal and external stakeholders.

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel is required to manage and analyze data.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word is necessary to create, edit, and manage documents.

• Skills in Organizing Files are needed to maintain a well-structured filing system.

• Experience with Scanning is required to digitize physical documents.

• Fast and accurate Typing skills are necessary to ensure efficient data entry.
