Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate NAs/CNAs to join our team at Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu. As a member of our facility, you will be responsible for providing personal and medical care to our senior residents with respect, dignity, and understanding. This is a full-time position in the healthcare/medical field, and you will be expected to work during regular business hours at our facility located in Honolulu, Hawaii. This is an individual contributor role where you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our senior residents. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers a competitive hourly salary in the range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.   Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Recurring shifts, Part-time, Full-time and On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences Responsibilities: - Provide personal care to residents, including assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming - Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and document medication administration accurately - Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment as needed - Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nursing staff - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Follow all facility policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations - Attend training and educational sessions to stay updated on best practices in senior care - Collaborate with other team members to provide the best possible care for residents Requirements: - Active and valid certification as a Nurse Assistant (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii - Prior experience working in a senior care facility or similar setting preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Understanding of the aging process and ability to provide compassionate care to seniors - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed - Must pass a background check and drug screening   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC statement: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an equal opportunity employer.
