Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking a compassionate and dedicated NA/CNA to join our team. This individual will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our senior clients as a floater. The position is within the healthcare/medical field and is located on Oahu. Key Responsibilities: * Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. * Medication reminders * Monitor clients' health and report any changes to the nursing supervisor. * Document care provided and maintain accurate records. * Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. * Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands. * Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients. * Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare team members. * Be available to work at varying times as assigned. * Drive to different locations as required by the job. * Perform a variety of tasks depending on the needs of the clients. * Adapt quickly to changing schedules and responsibilities. Requirements: * Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Hawaii. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting. * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, while maintaining a full-time schedule. * Compassionate and patient with strong communication skills. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. * Must pass a background check and drug screening. * Strong work ethic and dependability. * Ability to adapt to different tasks and environments. * Good communication skills.
