Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services – Oahu is seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) for a full-time position. This role is a highly individual contributor role whose responsibility is to provide medical assistance to our elderly clients, collaborate with family members and health care professionals, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Compensation & Benefits This full time position offers competitive pay ranging between $18 and $20 per hour, with paid weekly wages as well as the prospect of flexible hours. Scheduling Options : Flexible scheduling Choose your own shifts Full-time/ Part-time On-call positions Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences   Responsibilities • Provide medical assistance to elderly clients, including helping them with personal hygiene, feeding, bathing, and other activities. • Monitor and document changes in patient’s condition and report any issues to the attending physician or supervisor. • Ensure the safety and comfort of the patients, providing assistance as needed and ensuring their medical needs are met. • Curate a home environment that is calm and nurturing while maintaining client confidentiality. • Participate in meetings and continuing training sessions as required. • Establish effective working relationships with family members, clients, and health care professionals.     Requirements • A high school diploma or equivalent is required. • A valid state-issued CNA or NA license. • Advanced training or certifications may be required for specific positions. • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. • A minimum of two years of experience in a professional medical setting is preferred. • A strong knowledge of medical jargon and procedures is necessary. • Proficiency with common computer programs and tools is preferred. • Ability to pass a criminal background check. • Must be able to work weekends as needed.   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity in the workplace.
