Description:

TEKsystems is seeking a SailPoint Administrator to assist with our client's IAM project. This person will be tasked with the implementation, administration, and support of the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform. This role requires extensive technical expertise in IAM principles and hands-on experience with SailPoint to safeguard and streamline access management processes.

**This position is intended to be long term and they would like someone who will be able to contribute to current and future IAM/security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• SailPoint IdentityIQ Administration

  • Perform installation, configuration, and upgrades of SailPoint IdentityIQ components (application servers, database schemas, connectors).

  • Implement and manage SailPoint workflows, rules, and custom tasks.

  • Monitor system health, performance, and logs, applying patches and updates as required.

• Identity and Access Management (IAM)

  • Contribute to creating IAM policies, standards, and guidelines to ensure secure and efficient access controls.

  • Develop and maintain role-based access control (RBAC) and attribute-based access control (ABAC) frameworks.

  • Conduct periodic access certification reviews and audits to ensure compliance.

• configuration and management of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • User Lifecycle Management

• Automate and manage user provisioning and deprovisioning processes across on-premises and cloud environments.

• Define and manage identity lifecycle processes including joiner, mover, and leaver scenarios.

• Ensure accurate synchronization of identity data across systems and applications.

  • Integration and Collaboration

• Assist in developing and deploying connectors for integrating SailPoint with directories (Active Directory, LDAP), HR systems, and various enterprise applications.

• Collaborate with security architects and application owners to design and implement IAM solutions that align with business requirements.

• Provide technical guidance and support to IT teams on IAM-related issues.

  • Security and Compliance

• Implement security best practices for identity and access management, ensuring data protection and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

• Perform risk assessments and vulnerability analyses specific to IAM configurations.

• Respond to and mitigate security incidents related to identity and access management.

  • Documentation and Reporting

• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for SailPoint configurations, workflows, and customizations.

• Generate and analyze reports on IAM metrics, compliance status, and system performance.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users and IT staff on IAM processes and tools.
