The role will consist of working cross functionally with Marketing, Customer, Category Management, Innovation and MAC teams, to link insights and brand strategy to in market solutions, including but not limited to promotional calendars and point of sale. This role will be responsible for coaching and sharing the best practices to Sales Leaders. This will include both small group in market coaching as well as larger presentation format coaching. The goal being to educate our Sales Leaders on the DSDE Merchandising Best Practices, BBU Way to Sell to promote the best in market experience for our consumers, and drive Frontline engagement around our brands. This role will support reimagining how our consumers experience our brands from idea to consumption. Location flexible, work remotely with travel

Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and refine Best Practices to be consumer centric, harnessing cross functional insights Provide Frontline and operational prospective to cross functional Marketing and Customer Teams Work to steward in market solutions that directly promote brand and customer priorities Enable World-Class execution through supporting innovative POS and execution strategy Develop Brand insights through digital technology Foster Frontline engagement of our brands through improved processes, education, and strategies Partner with Market Research teams to analyze and suggest in market best practices Develop and upkeep the DSDE merchandising best practice brand guides Develop new product merchandising best practices and sales execution strategy Small group and one on one in market coaching Large group presentation format coaching Promote a Safety culture and belief that all injuries are preventable Execute upon the DSDE playbook fundamentals and the journey to becoming a DSDE Vision Carrier Foster an atmosphere of continuous improvement to include the development of self, others, and work processes Travel up to 50% Position Requirements:

Education and Work History: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Entrepreneurship or related field preferred. A combina ion of education, training and experience that results in demonstrated competency to perform the work may be substituted.

5+ years of related experience in brand, sales, or digital art design; DSD experience preferred Computer skills and proficiency, specifically in Adobe Creative Cloud or similar design tools, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is required Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively negotiate and influence others Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills
