HealthFitness Administrative Analyst in Houston, Texas

HealthFitness has a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Analyst at our client site located in Houston, TX. In this administrative role, you will have strong project management and analytical skills to support a team delivering health and wellness services.

Schedule: M-F during normal business hours.

Location: Hybrid; you will report in-person T/W/Th to the client site in Houston and M/F will be work from home.

What you will be doing:

  • Develops detailed project and program reports, crafting executive briefings and presentations that succinctly convey vital information.

  • Coordinates the Enterprise Safety Questionnaire process and provides Learning Management System (LMS) support, ensuring compliance and knowledge dissemination.

  • Catalogs health education and promotional materials for the Workforce and Community Health (WCH) department.

  • Supports the administration of global wellness programs and network activities, including the facilitation of content translations.

  • Tracks and analyzes metrics, playing a pivotal role in the aggregation and interpretation of health and wellness data.

  • Monitors email inboxes dedicated to Health & Medicine (H&M) and WCH, adeptly handling customer inquiries and directing individuals to appropriate internal and external resources.

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support for H&M, including the coordination of all-staff meetings and conference logistics.

  • Manages administrative tasks for WCH, such as processing invoices, organizing meetings, conferences, health events, and special projects related to health and well-being, in addition to logistical support for events in Houston.

  • Facilitates computer-based training (CBT) initiatives and other in-person training sessions, contributing to the development of educational deliverables.

  • Other duties as needed/assigned.

What you bring with you:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 1+ years experience in an office setting.

  • Demonstrates a track record of success in identifying and addressing challenges, with a proactive approach to recognizing issues and devising practical solutions for projects.

  • Brings extensive experience in customer service, project coordination, and data analysis, ensuring a high level of service and project outcomes.

  • Possesses exceptional attention to detail, with a well-organized approach that enables independent work and efficient management of concurrent tasks.

  • Exhibits outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with the ability to forge effective business relationships across diverse departments and professional backgrounds.

  • Demonstrates advanced computer literacy, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint, and intermediate abilities in Excel.

  • Possesses a deep understanding of HIPAA and data privacy principles, underpinning a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in all operations.

  • Maintains professional discretion and the utmost confidentiality when handling sensitive medical and employee information.

  • Applicants must meet hiring requirements including but not limited to pre-employment drug test.

Compensation: $27.00-31.25/hr. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
