Position:Install and Service Technician

Position Requirements:Able to pass a state and federal background assessment and must have a valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications: 1Years of alarm installation experience (Preferred), No Experience Necessary (On The Job Training Optional) Honeywell alarm experience (Preferred But Not Required), Experience with CRM platforms, Great communication skills (Required), Excellent Customer Service Skills (Required), Ability to life over 50lbs, Ability to crawl through attics, Ability to work in high places (2 Story Ladders and Commercial Lifts), Reliable Transportation, Must have own tools and equipment (We have one position available where tools are provided ponce out of training), and a desire to help others (Required)

Expected Start Date:Immediately - 2 Week Training Period For Basics (Online Academy - Mandatory)

Position Responsibilities: Alarm System programming (Honeywell, 2 GIG, Qolsys, DSC) Installation of alarm monitoring equipment (door/window sensors, motion detectors, glass break detectors, and smoke/heat detectors). Installation of automation equipment (door locks, thermostats, light bulbs, light switches, and garage motors) Installation of security surveillance camera systems (CCTV - DVR/NVR/SVR, Wireless Cameras, Smart Analytical cameras) Inventory management for $10000+ of company equipment Customer service relations (5 Star Customer Service - NO EXCEPTIONS) Job/Order completion tickets Company Events and Retreats Picking Up Equipment From Distributors - As Needed Basis Weekly inventory counts with direct supervisor Clean work scenes Communicate with immediate supervisor in advance for days off Ability to lift 50lbs+ Ability to work in high places (2 story ladder or commercial lifts)

Compensation:Position is allocated as a 1099 independent contractor. Labor rateand additional compensations rates will be disclosed during the interview process and confirmed once the contractor agreement is completed. Weekly compensations are processed everyFriday for completed work.

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: Pay is per job/task completed. Annual pay range can be between $50,000 and $250,000

Schedule: Militia Protection is a contracting company. As jobs tickets come in we will assign the ticket to a contractor. At which point the contractor has the option to take the job or deny it. Job tickets start with a 9 am estimated arrival time with as late as 7 pm estimated arrival time
