There is a job opportunity in the Houston, Texas area seeking long-term contract / temporary candidates for their HR Recruiter position. This is a great role for an achievement-oriented and focused Human Resources Recruiter looking to enhance their skill set. This position will be best filled by a talented individual with a growth mindset who is ready to learn and take on new responsibilities. This position's important duties include recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. If you're not only good at recruiting functions but also a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department, this could be your next job.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms

• Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements

• Leading interviews

• Influencing internal recommendations

• Managing various administrative duties

• Applying digital recruiting resources

• Assisting with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

  Requirements

• Foundational knowledge in workday

• Demonstrated knowledge of interviewing

• Adeptness in e-sourcing

• Full Cycle Recruiting experience

• The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

• Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

• We are looking for someone who has proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

• Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

• Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manual
