Hours: 6:30 am - 3:00 pm M-F with a 30-minute lunch. This role does come with some overtime.

SUMMARY

Provides demonstrated sub journeyman-level work in a designated craft.

JOB SPECIFIC COMPETENCIES Elevator Rounds Conduct daily operational assessment of vertical conveyances.

Elevator Preventative Maintenance, including indicator inspections, medical emergency testing, emergency phone testing, and fire service testing support.

Asset Data Collection Collects data and assists in maintaining a current elevator interior database, which details all interior selections.

Maintenance & Repair Assists in initiation, coordination & scheduling of elevator interior repairs and/or replacements. Performs less skilled electrical work such as repair and adjustment of electrical equipment, appliances, Two-Way Radios and/or Two-Way Radio Equipment.

Process Improvement Complete all paperwork in a professional and timely manner.

Discusses issues, concerns and process improvement options with PPT III and Supervisor.

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years experience in one or more crafts (i.e. - plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, instrumentation)
