ABOUT THE ROLE

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Maintenance Technician to join the team. As a Mobile Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems at our clients’ retail and corporate facilities. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and other building equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise with building systems.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and make recommendations for repairs or replacements.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner.

Work closely with other team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.

Adhere to safety standards and procedures at all times.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or trade school training.

Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record with periodic checks.

Possess necessary skills to functionally operate a "full size" van/truck.

Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.

Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.

Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
