Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial financial strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of commercial activities, including pricing, product line profitability, sales incentive comp structures (i.e. commission, bonus, SPIFS, etc.), rebate and discount tracking, and geographic market trends.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and drive commercial success and margin accretive revenue growth.

• Develop, implement, and refine pricing strategies that align with business objectives, market conditions, and competitive landscapes.

• Conduct thorough market analysis to identify pricing opportunities, understand customer behaviors, and monitor competitor pricing strategies.

• Analyze product utilization and service costs to maximize profitability while ensuring competitive positioning in the market.

• Utilize data analytics to make informed pricing decisions, monitor performance, and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.

• Proven experience in pricing strategy

• Proficient working in Excel.

salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
