What You’ll Do:
Guide customers through the purchase process, making it stress-free and fun.
Sell the thrill of powersports and all the cool gear that comes with it.
Keep the showroom exciting and appealing.
Be the go-to expert on all things powersports.
What You Need:
Riding experience and a current motorcycle endorsement. (preferred - not required)
High School Diploma.
At least 6 months of sales experience. (preferred - not required)
Passion for powersports and excellent communication skills.
Flexibility to work Saturdays and overtime.
A valid driver’s license.

Requirements
Minimum of 1+ year experience in customer service (customer-facing roles)
Minimum of 6+ months experience in sales with demonstrated closing skills
Possess knowledge of multiple brands and products in the powersports industry
Riding Experience and Current Motorcycle Endorsement preferred
Available to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays
Attention to detail and organized
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Teamwork- works well with others and helps even when not asked
Proficiency with the Office Suite of applications, smartphone, email, and social media apps
Punctuality is key
