Fujitsu SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Lead Consultant with SAP Treasury Experience in Houston, Texas

Job Description:

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Lead Consultant with knowledge and expertise in SAP Treasury to lead a phased greenfield international implementation project transitioning from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. This role requires a deep understanding of financial (FI), controlling (CO), and treasury business processes, as well as the ability to manage and execute a large-scale, multi-phase implementation project across different regions.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Project Value Stream Leadership and Management :

  2. Lead the Record to Report Value Stream of a phased greenfield implementation project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

  3. Manage project scope, and deliverables in collaboration primarily with the Finance Line of Business Stakeholders but also with other Fujitsu Value Stream Leads and their respective Line of Business Stakeholders to achieve the goals of the project.

  4. Work with the customer Program Management Office to develop, manage and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  5. Coordinate and manage the Record To Report value stream delivery team, including internal resources and third-party vendors.

  6. Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

  7. Business Analysis and Process Design :

  8. Review and analyze current global template design of current financial, controlling, and treasury business processes.

  9. Based on the Global Design Template, plan and lead global detail design, develop global functional specifications, coordinate localization requirements and design and ensure business process design documents are updated accordingly.

  10. Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solution alignment and buy-in for new or improved business processes.

  11. SAP S/4HANA Configuration and Customization :

  12. Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and Treasury modules to meet global and local business requirements.

  13. Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.

  14. Develop and maintain documentation for configuration and customizations.

  15. Data Migration and Management :

  16. Collaborate with Data Migration Team on activities moving master and transaction data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.

  17. Ensure data quality and consistency across all financial, controlling, and treasury data.

  18. Develop and execute data validation and reconciliation processes.

  19. Training and Support :

  20. Work with Organization Change Management team to develop and deliver training materials and sessions for business process leads and end-users.

  21. Provide ongoing support and guidance to users post-implementation.

  22. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during and after the implementation.

  23. Continuous Improvement :

  24. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in financial, controlling, and treasury processes.

  25. Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA features and industry best practices.

  26. Implement enhancements and optimizations as needed.

Qualifications :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Certification) is a plus.

  • Experience : Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in SAP FI/CO and Treasury modules, with at least 4-5 years in a lead role for SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. With at least 2-3 SAP S/4HANA end-to-end implementation projects.

  • Technical Skills :

  • Extensive knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting), CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing), and Treasury (Cash Management, Treasury and Risk Management, In-House Cash).

  • Proficiency in SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization.

  • Experience with SAP data migration tools and techniques.

  • Understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, PP, QM, TM,EWM, IM).

  • SAP S/4HANA FI/CO Certification preferred.

  • Project Value Stream Leadership and Management : Strong project leadership and management skills, including the ability to manage multiple phases and international teams.

  • Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Travel : Willingness to travel as required for project needs.

The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. ​ It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each situation. The pay range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: specific skills, qualifications, experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. The pay range for this position is estimated at $122,800.00 to $171,920.00 USD. Additionally, this role may be eligible for a short-term incentive based on company results and individual performance.​
