Pay & Benefits of the Project Manager:
$65,000 to $75,000 per year salary.

Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
Manage and coordinate projects from inception to completion.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with the project team to ensure project objectives are met.
Stay up to date with apprenticeship standards, and other applicable labor laws at the federal, state, and local levels.
Ensure that project activities are on track and meeting objectives.
Partner with key internal stakeholders to facilitate the recruitment, hiring, and training of apprentices as required by project specifications.
Keep track of project locations, timelines and labor ratios.
Facilitate the preparation and submission of required reports and documentation.
Monitor project progress of actual apprentice labor hours against the planned labor curves and communicate to customer the need to take corrective actions when behind on apprentice labor hours.
Work with the training department to ensure site locations are covered with appropriate trainers.
Conduct frequent virtual meetings with clients and provide excellent customer service while working on demanding timelines.
Qualifications of the Project Manager:
3 years experience as a Project Manager.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
