General Summary:

Responsibilities within this role include managing and driving weekly analyses & reviews with key stakeholders and creating comprehensive analyses & recommendations to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) Process. Strong collaboration and liaison with Sales/Customer Service, Supply Chain, Product Management, Strategic Marketing & Finance is a core function in this role and a key to success. In addition, the individual will work closely with Senior Management in Sales and Product Management on Product Transitions and Product Life Cycle analyses.

The Analyst will utilize Tableau, Kinaxis Rapid Response, statistical modeling, Excel and Power Point tools for analysis and communication. The applicant will assist in Demand and Capacity Planning; a direct input into the Sales and Operations Execution and Planning processes. The analyst is responsible for balancing the unconstrained business demand with known supply constraints to produce a feasible execution plan. The analyst is also responsible for tracking and contributing the achievement of key fulfillment metrics such as Time-to-Schedule and On-Time-Delivery. Keeping current with market trends in the Semi-conductor industry through research is paramount. The individual will utilize this knowledge to validate / analyze forecast data. A qualified candidate will be prepared to work directly with Product Management, Finance, and various Business Units throughout the Demand Planning process.

• The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner with Management and Executives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.

• 2+ years of Demand Planning, Project Management, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations Planning, or related work experience.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Business Administration and/or Finance, and/or Marketing, and/or Operations or related field3-5 years previous experience as a Forecast/Financial/Supply Chain/Marketing Analyst.

• Able to critically evaluate data using various reporting tools.

• Able to identify key elements in data and derive specific trends relative to market data.

• Excel and PowerPoint skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Requirements:

• Master's, Business Administration, Supply Chain Operations or Engineering

• Experience with Kinaxis Rapid Response, or other advanced planning software

• Prior experience in the telecommunication industry

• Prior Demand Planning or Supply Planning experience in a high-volume environment (Electronics or Consumer Goods).

• Excel and Tableau programming skills

• Knowledge of supply chain, logistics and manufacturing in the semiconductor or mobile handset industry
