The Role:

Logitech is looking for a world class Product Quality Assurance Engineer motivated to build the next generation of Gaming products for our global gaming brand.

As Senior HW PQA(Hardware Product Quality Assurance) for the HID business unit of Logitech you will be responsible for defining the appropriate quality standards and validate our product accordingly to ensure the design fulfill the product requirements.

The responsibilities include defining, developing test plan for product reliability and function test to ensure the best product quality for our customers.

The products designed by our business units are mice, keyboard, webcam, and gaming wheel/simulator with innovative technologies, shape and features.

• To work with all core team members (EE/ME/SW/FW) or ODM suppliers for the assigned new project.

• To develop reliability test plan and validate accordingly for new project.

• To develop test plan for function test target to different user scenario.

• Good skills for problem solving, data analysis by a strong logical thinking

• To work with core team members thru engineering build to address any bug and issue from the test plan.

• Engage and manage external manufacturing partners and test houses as needed to deliver on projects.

• Work with operations team and manufacturing partners to ensure there are no quality escapes

• Be able to bring innovation ideas into products and system design

• Support sustaining for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

• 3+ years working in Product Quality Assurance, with DQA (Design Quality Assurance) exp. is a plus.

• Working experiences with ODM factories. Familiarity with factory quality assurance processes.

• Thorough knowledge of quality systems, reliability measures, and design margin.

• Ability to solve problems from understanding of first principles

• Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

• EE expertise and testing experience

• With knowledge of statistic

• Familiarity with test and certification standards

• With working experience of PM

• You are a gamer

• Excellent written and and interpersonal communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

Education:

• College graduation of Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Industry Engineering, or Engineering related is min. required.
