Production Associate

As a Production Associate, you will assemble and inspect products and ensure that manufactured products meet quality standards. ackage and ship modeling clays & paper maché products at our factory and sell them both retail and wholesale worldwide. Our product solves everyday sculptural & repair needs for artists, handyman repair people, hobbies, taxidermists, educators, manufacturers, and professionals around the globe.

Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $22 / hour

What you'll be doing as a Production Associate:

• Production line: Lifting chunks of clay into machines, operating pug mills (easy to trin someone),

• weighting, packaging, boxing, heat tunnel sealing etc. (Various production lines, multiple products)

• Moving and stacking pallets daily. (Average pallet weight is 45 lbs)

• Picking, packing & wrapping orders on pallets (items to be packed weight 5 - 55 lbs)

• Forklift operation (experience preferred)

• helping Keeping track of Inventory

• Stocking Shelves

• Customer service skills (able to answer the phone and take an order if need be)

• Clean-up: sanitize production tables, machines, sweeping, garbage out, etc.

• Appearance must be neat and clean daily (T-shirt & Jeans, steel toe/composite shoes),

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)

Job requirements:

• Self -Starter: Willingness and ability to follow directions well, Positive attitude.

•  Ability to repeatedly lift & pull 55 pounds with ease
