Philips Marketing Intern in Huixquilucan de Degollado, Mexico

In this role, you have the opportunity to

Work in a dynamic environment, contributing to projects with real impact on the lives of people around the world and together with colleagues from different cultures and specialization areas, you will be given the responsibility, space and support to develop and grow in unexpected ways.

You are responsible for

  • Tactical product launch: Bundle pack process (from idea generation to implementation in Point of Sales)

  • Leading monthly market and portfolio analysis & reporting, gathering input of multi-functional teams

  • Monitor, analyze and report competition activities to support decision making

  • Assist on imported samples process

  • Contact with external suppliers (factories, agencies)

  • Co-leading the digital marketing on your categories (visibility, content, etc.)

  • Assist the marketing manager with daily marketing tasks and coordinate projects and activities as requested (ex. communication campaign, P&L, etc.)

You are a part of

The Philips Personal Health Marketing team, where you will get the opportunity to learn and develop yourself as a professional taking responsibility on various projects from A to Z; working closely with colleagues from other functions: finance, supply and sales.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Currently pursuing a Marketing / Industrial Engineer / Business Administration Bachelor’s Degree with specialization in Marketing

  • Strong interest in developing yourself as a marketing professional

  • Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Responsible, proactive, autonomous and committed

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)

  • Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, be organized and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment

  • Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects

  • Experience in FMCG is a plus
